Soccerstages, thanks to the collaboration agreement with the U.D. Cornellá, offers footballers from all over the world a unique concept of sports education and the possibility of training and playing in one of the 3 best soccer reserves in Catalonia and one of the 10 best in Spain, after professional teams such as F.C. Barcelona, Real Madrid C.F., etc.
The U.D. Cornellá is a non-professional team, because their first team does not play in either the First or Second Division, but their youth football is professional, and therefore talent scouts from professional teams all over Europe keep a close eye on its players. In the last 5 years, over 60 players have moved on from the youth football of the U.D. Cornellá to play in the reserve of professional teams in Spain or Europe. In fact, the entity has an agreement with Blackburn Rovers in England to develop its youth football.
In recent year, F.C. Barcelona has been considered one of the best clubs in the world and one of the clubs that has best worked on its youth football, but did you know that the U.D. Cornellá is one of its main suppliers of players, and that in the last 5 years over 30 players, of different categories, have moved from the youth football of the U.D. Cornellá to the youth football of F.C. Barcelona thanks to their excellent relations, a written collaboration agreement having been reached between the two clubs for the transfer of players?
Under the name of F.C. Barcelona, many Clinics, Camps and Schools are created outside Spain, where young footballers go with the idea of being seen and signed up by an F.C. Barcelona talent scout. The likelihood of a player coming to these events being signed up is low since F.C. Barcelona signs up 95% of its new players from teams playing in the same League and who are used to the high pace of the game played in Spain.
Millions of young people all over the world would like to play as professionals in this sport in clubs worldwide, and the only advice Soccerstages can give them is that the way to achieve it is through the teams of the U.D. Cornellá. The latest players the U.D. Cornellá has helped achieve their dream include full international players with the Spanish National Team, such as Jordi Alba, who is also a Spanish First Division player in Valencia C.F., and players in the English Premier League such as Ignasi Miquel, Arsenal F.C. player, both ex-players of the youth football of the U.D. Cornellá and F.C. Barcelona.
Soccerstages, in collaboration with the U.D. Cornellá, offers you a training programme designed to improve your soccer skills. This programme, where you can improve in the sporting, educational and personal fields, is aimed at national and international players, aged from 8 to 18 years.
The player will be included in one of the 47 youth football teams the club possesses and, unlike in other soccer programmes and academies, the player will train and play with high level footballers who are used to the pace of the game played in Spain. Like all our foreign footballers, your son will require a period of adaptation to get used to life in Spain, the language and, of course, the pace of play.
When your son is included in one of the teams of the U.D. Cornellá, his level of play will increase unconsciously and he will see how his soccer skills improve. The same thing happens in people’s working lives; the better qualified the people around us, the more we learn and the better the results we obtain. And this is what will happen to your son; if he plays and trains with players of a higher level, he will improve rapidly.
Soccerstages offers you different training programmes, ranging from technification programmes for national players to annual placements for international players. At Soccerstages we have everything planned for you to have fun, learn and train at one of the best soccer schools in Spain, the U.D. Cornellá, with the chance to play against teams such as F.C. Barcelona and R.C.D. Espanyol of Barcelona, teams which play against the best teams of the U.D. Cornellá in all its categories.
